Terms & Conditions - Santa Walk
Thank you for your entry into the 2019 Aylesford Santa Walk, organised by Team Roz to raise money for our Partner Charities. As all events, we’re unable to issue refunds upon entry, but we will be more than pleased to change which event you’re entered into (on the payment of any difference – if you’re entering a longer distance), as long as we are notified before the event by email. By partaking in this event, you and any other participants you’re entering within this booking in this event, agree to do so completely at your own risk, and agree that Team Roz, or any of its volunteers, cannot be held legally responsible for any injury or death caused to yourself, or any spectators who are accompanying you.
By starting this event, you declare that to the best of your knowledge you are capable of finishing this event within the time limit of the event that are you are partaking in. The Time Limit for each Event is as follows: 10 Mile – 5 Hours, 5 Mile – 4 Hours, 3 Mile – 3 Hours. If you are still on the course after this time, we will do our best to work with you to ensure you are able to complete the course safely, and within daylight. However, if you fall too far behind this limit, we will, unfortunately, have to close the Walk HQ before your return, and you will therefore be unable to collect a Medal, Certificate and Goody Bag. If you are injured or need to retire for any other reason during this event, please phone the support number on the Booklet given to you at Check In to arrange the safest way to do this.
We aim to provide a variety of food and drinks at our Pit Stops (on 5 and 10 Mile Routes only), to suit people of different dietary requirements, so please ask the marshals in assistance of identifying suitable foods for your requirements. Please note, we accept no liability for any issues arising, and you are consuming the food and drinks provided at your own risk.

If the event is canceled, due to any reason, for example, poor weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule the event, however if we’re unsuccessful in doing so, we will not have any obligation to issue any refunds on the entry fee paid.

Bringing any alcoholic beverage into the venue is strictly prohibited, and doing so will cause your booking to be immediately cancelled with no refund available, in addition to you and your team being asked to leave the venue as of immediate effect.
You will not be granted admission to the event if you’re under the influence of drugs. If you, or any of your team members, pose a significant risk due to the consumption of alcohol, or are abusive/threatening in any other way, we reserve the right to refuse admission, or ask you to leave with immediate effect.
If the event is cancelled, due to any reason, for example, the venue becomes unavailable, we will attempt to reschedule the event, however if we’re unsuccessful in doing so, we will not have any obligation to issue any refunds on the entry fee paid.
Data Protection Policy

Team Roz take photographs of any of our participants, at our events to use in our organisation’s publicity (including our Facebook Page and website). Once we no longer need images for publicity purposes we will delete them. You can ask to see a copy of images we hold of you and or your child(ren), or ask for them to be deleted, at any time by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. By participating in any of our events you’re agreeing to the above policy.
